1. Membership & Class Registrations

• First 2 classes: Free trial. No payment or commitment required.

• After 2nd class: Registration fee becomes due if you wish to continue.

• Refund eligibility (after payment):

  • Full refund if cancellation is made within 7 days after your first paid class.

  • Partial refund (50%) if cancellation is made before your third paid class.

  • No refunds after the third paid class of the season.

2. Workshops, Special Events & Performances

• Full refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event.

• Partial refund (50%) if cancellation is made 7–13 days before the event.

• No refunds if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event, unless due to illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances (at the discretion of the organizers).

 

3. Non-Refundable Fees

• Seasonal membership fees, once beyond the refund window above, are non-refundable.

• Special materials (e.g., costumes, printed materials, supplies) are non-refundable once purchased.

 

4. Transfers & Credits

• Instead of a refund, you may request a credit for future VIGaDALOM programs (valid for 12 months).

• Registrations may also be transferred to another participant if notified in advance.

 

5. Cancellations by VIGaDALOM

If we need to cancel a class, workshop, or event (due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or venue issues), participants will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future program.
